Closure and delay report for greater Carson City area on Tuesday, Feb. 5
Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak has ordered all state offices in Carson City, Douglas and Washoe counties to open at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The Carson City Mayor and City Manager have ordered a 10 a.m. delayed opening for municipal offices.
Carson City schools are closed today. There will be no student activities, including after-school and evening programs, practices or contests. No school services such as transportation, nutrition or student health.
All Carson Valley schools in Douglas County are operating on a 90-minute delay.
Douglas County lake schools are closed.
Storey County schools are today.
Western Nevada College campuses in Carson City and Minden are closed today. This also includes the Child Development Center on the Carson City campus. The Fallon campus is open.
Students at Incline Village schools and Bishop Manogue High School in Reno are on Digital Days.
