New students please arrive 10 minutes early for registration process. What is a Restorative Yoga class with a Sound Bath? A Restorative Yoga class is a very low and slow class, that is almost entirely on your back, belly or otherwise laying down. In a restorative yoga session, students are guided into relaxing poses and then stay there for 3-5 minutes.
A Sound Bath is a live musical experience where you lay down and the artist will play sound instruments, sound bowls, etc., and the sound waves subtly work on your nervous system by balancing parasympathetic and sympathetic responses to a state of blissful equilibrium.
Come experience this magical combination when the two are put together. A great date night for you and your loved ones. This special experience will be 60 minutes of restorative poses by a full 30 minute sound bath. Special guest instructor: Michelle Brown. You can follow Missus Brown on Facebook.
