February 20, 2021 (All day) Mind Body Physical Therapy has been serving Tahoe’s athletes since 2013. We had definitely outgrown our original location and were looking for a change. So when the chance to move to Nevada presented itself, I knew this was an incredible opportunity for us to reach more clients and build a larger clinic. Luckily my awesome coworkers are on board and we’ve been working together to create a healing space.
I’ve always believed connecting mind and body is a process which requires a team approach centered around the patients goals. Now we have the location to provide hands on, one on one, individualized care in connection with other practitioners for a comprehensive mind body experience.
By providing nutritional counseling (by my mom who has been a vegan dietitian long before it was cool!), meditation via yoga nidra classes, lifestyle coaching with an occupational therapist, pilates and other holistic services we are able to help our clients bring mindful movement into their own lives.
