Carson City Rotarians to learn about a new approach to the homeless problem

There is no easy solution to solving homelessness in our area. But one local organization is trying; one person at a time. Rotary Club of Carson City members will learn about that organization, Spirit of Hope, at the club’s meeting on Tuesday, November 27.
