“Maintaining a vibrant senior center is important to our community,” Salogga said. “We provide vital programs and services and connect older adults to resources that will help them stay healthy, socially engaged and independent.”
He adds that the Carson City Senior Center also works to enhance senior’s quality of life. “We provide numerous activities and educational programs. We also offer affordable lunches to seniors in our dining room. Many of our programs and activities provide peer interaction that can improve a person’s emotional, mental and physical well-being.”
