SOUTH LAKE TAHOE — For over 100 years, some boat owners were known to scuttle their boats in Lake Tahoe instead of paying for dismantling or removal. In the case of the SS Tahoe, it was meant to be an underwater museum near the shore of Glenbrook in 1940 after spending years docked and rusting in Tahoe City, but a miscalculation of the slope caused the boat to sink to almost 400 feet under water. CARSON CITY, Nev. — In Plain Sight Marketing turned off the lights and closed the door on its brick-and-mortar operation during the companies shift to an all-virtual agency this month.

Renee Plain, chief executive officer of IPSM, said the firm sent its employees home to work on March 13, 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I spotted a poor pitiful ornamental crabapple tree recently. All its branches and top had been mercilessly sawed off leaving disfigured stumps.
