Destination unknown. Sounds like the beginning of a spy novel, an exciting movie, or even the title of a hit soundtrack. Sure, unknown is simply an adjective modifying the noun destination, and people may certainly say "Our destination is unknown" or "We are going to an unknown destination", but to be more dramatic or literary, it is better to say, "Where are we going? destination unknown."

Lyon County became the latest rural county to declare an economic emergency and decline to enforce the governor’s COVID-19 directives on the basis that they hurt businesses.
The county of about 58,000 people joins the rural resistance along with White Pine, Elko and Eureka counties, which are less populous.

On Wednesday, the driver of a crash that injured five individuals within Sportsman’s Warehouse was arrested for reckless driving with substantial bodily harm, driving without a license, and failure to maintain a travel lane. According to the suspect, this is the third vehicle he has crashed.
On Friday, Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. Ronald Wilkerson of Gardnerville exited the Carson City DMV following a dispute regarding the denial of his driver’s license.

The National Weather Service is predicting one of the most impactful winter storms in recent years to hit our area. Periods of heavy snow and strong winds are expected tonight. The Nevada State Public Health Laboratory at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine has characterized the first known Nevada case of the new B.1.1.7 coronavirus strain. The new strain was detected in a sample that was initially tested in the Southern Nevada Public Health Laboratory.
