Carson City man, 72, and woman, 23, arrested for possessing 'methamphetamine dust particles' following traffic stop
Submitted by admin on Fri, 12/08/2023 - 4:11pmA 23-year-old woman and a 72-year-old man were arrested in the area of Research and College Parkway Thursday night for possession of “suspected methamphetamine dust particles.”
According to the arrest report, deputies made a traffic stop due to a license plate being unreadable at 50 feet away. Deputies made contact with the driver, James Weber, and the passenger, Monica Lopez.

Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Fri, 12/08/2023 - 12:58pmIf you have or know any children who will be in Kindergarten next school year, we are having a winter activity night on December 19th, from 5-7 PM at the CHS High Tech Center, at 1111 N Saliman Rd, Carson City, NV 89701 (the building on the corner of Saliman and Robinson) planned by our fabulous Early Childhood Career and Technical Education class.
There will be a winter themed craft, cookies and cocoa, station rotations with learning activities and take home resources for parents.

Carson Mall Holiday Market is back, now through Dec. 24
