Vote Nevada Executive Director to speak at Democratic luncheon

She will provide an overview of the process by which Nevada's electoral districts will be redrawn in line with the data produced by the 2020 census, and the ways in which the proposed districts will be rated for how well they conform to standards of fairness.
Carson City, Quad County COVID-19 weekly update: 12 deaths, 619 new cases and 178 recoveries

COVID-19 Case Update
For the week, CCHHS is reporting 12 deaths, 619 new cases, and 178 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region. This brings the total number of cases to 18,477, with 14,339 recoveries and 280 deaths; 3,858 cases remain active.
Northern Nevada 'Homeless Veterans Stand Down' canceled due to COVID concerns; help remains available

Two companies in Lyon, 1 in Storey and 13 in Clark County to receive $46M in tax abatements

In return these companies are required to create 1,432 jobs at an hourly wage of $31.83 in the next two years.
Carson Valley Meats proposes Carson City facility

Carson City School Board to review proposals in superintendent search, discuss policy changes and more

Items up for discussion at the school board include a restorative discipline plan, policy changes and the search for a new superintendent.
