Carson City Sheriff's Office report for Dec. 25

A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday on a felony failure to appear warrant issued out of Reno Justice Court on drug charges.

Shelby Moorhead is being held without bail on the felony warrant and will be extradited to Reno. She also faces a misdemeanor warrant charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence. There is a $1,000 bail amount issued for that.

Care Flight called after motorcycle crash at William and Saliman in Carson City

UPDATE: The victim of a motorcycle crash in Carson City was taken by Care Flight to a Reno hospital Wednesday night after the accident near the intersection of East William and Saliman streets.
