It was the second tournament fundraiser.

The third annual Carson High School vs. Douglas High School Charity Basketball Game lit up CHS Wednesday, Nov. 15 and, as rivalry was put aside, it turned out to be the most successful basketball game fundraiser in CHS history with $10,000 raised for the seven students injured in the Nov. 9 vehicle accident on Kings Canyon Road.

Battle Born Harley Davidson is throwing an appreciation party complete with food trucks. Virginia City’s annual Veterans Day Parade begins at 11 a.m. and the City of Reno will commence their parade after a short ceremony beginning at 11:11 a.m. You’ll find an abundance of craft fairs in Carson City, Carson Valley, and Dayton. Pick-up Soccer Tournament Saturday morning to benefit injured CHS students

Organized by Junior Ramirez, a member of Carson Futbol Club, the soccer tournament will be held at Talents Athletic Center: 2749B North Carson Street on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Teams must be 6 person. The fundraising fee is $50 per team. Teams can be co-ed.
