Annual Carson City Turkey Drop to be held Friday at MAX Casino
MAX Casino in Carson City is hosting the Salvation Army’s annual Turkey Drop this Friday, Nov. 18 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Salvation Army, MAX Casino and KOH Radio are rounding up turkeys to help provide a Thanksgiving meal to families in need.
All turkeys will be given out by the Salvation Army through their own food bank and other area food banks to needy families in Carson City, Douglas County, Dayton, Washoe Valley and the Tahoe Area. Let us do the shopping: Cash and checks are accepted as well.
Turkeys and cash donations can be made at MAX Casino, 900 South Carson St., Carson City.
