Carson City emergency crews respond to 2 vehicle rollovers on South Carson Street
UPDATE 1:30AM: One person was flown by Care Flight following a crash involving two vehicles that rolled over early Sunday morning on South Carson Street. A second person was transported to Renown Medical Center. Their injuries are unknown at this time.

Carson City emergency crews were called early Sunday morning to a crash involving at least two vehicles that have rolled over in the 4600 block of South Carson Street. Care Flight air ambulances have been ordered and will land near the crash scene.
Arriving Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies report other vehicles may have been involved in the crash. It occurred across from the Terrible Herbst gas station and was reported at around 12:40 a.m. At least two people were reported to be seriously injured.
Southbound traffic has been closed off at Clearview as there is a large debris field in the north and southbound lanes of traffic.
Northbound traffic has also been shut down due to the crash. Motorists should stay out of the area and find alternative routes.
Alcohol may have been involved in the crash. The Nevada Highway Patrol has responded and will be the investigating agency.
The make, models and colors of the vehicles involved are unknown at this time. We will provide updates as we get more information.
