Carson City Judge Tatro receives Lifetime Achievement Award from Nevada Judges Association
The Nevada Judges Association consisting of over 80 Justices of the Peace and Municipal Court Judges from the Justice and Municipal Courts throughout the State of Nevada honored Carson City Justice of the Peace/Municipal Court Judge John Tatro with the Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Judge Richard Glasson, President of the Association, stated “This honor is to recognize Judge John Tatro for his contribution over his lifetime to the judiciary. This honor is rarely awarded. Many of our members do a lot and we are expected to, that’s why it is called ‘Public Service’ however, there are those rare instances where one judge has contributed so much heart and wisdom that we want to honor their example as role models to all judges.”
The presentation was at the 2016 Nevada Judicial Leadership Summit. Present were the Nevada Supreme Court Justices, District Court Judges, Justices of the Peace, and Municipal Court Judges from numerous Nevada Courts.
