New cafe and tea room, SpecialTeas, brings something special to Downtown
A new treasure has landed downtown: SpecialTeas Tea Shop at 111 E. Telegraph St. More than just fresh brewed hot and cold teas, this little shop offers yummy sandwiches and Paninis, salads, spring rolls, fresh-baked cookies, muffins, croissants and more. You won’t want to miss their pot pie, which does sell out daily. The food and tea menus rotate monthly, with customer favorites earning a permanent spot.
SpecialTeas offers a happy hour during their last hour of business where you can enjoy fifty percent off what they still have in stock. Open at 7 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday, they close at 4 p.m. Tuesday – Friday and 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Enjoy lunch, free Wi-Fi, and some fresh-brewed loose leaf tea at Carson City’s newest downtown cozy spot.
Find them on Facebook here, or head over to their website here for current menus and more.
