Brewery Arts Center 'Quarantine Concert Series' begins St. Patrick’s Day with Wicked Tinkers
In light of our new normal of social distancing and self-quarantine in an effort to reduce the risk of spreading C19, the Brewery Arts Center and National Grassroots Concert Series have teamed up to brighten your St. Patrick’s Day and re-stream the outrageously fun concert that took place at Levitt AMP Carson City on The Change Companies Stage last August by The Wicked Tinkers.
This re-broadcast can be seen by downloading the ngbn.tv app off your Apple TV, Amazon Fire or Roku Device as well as on the BAC’s, NGBN, or the Wicked Tinkers Facebook page. Organizers encourage viewers to show their support by tipping the band online or by purchasing their merchandise.
“Musicians have been hit extremely hard by this pandemic”, says Brewery Arts Center director Gina Hill “their shows and concerts have been cancelled in record numbers and therefore, must do what we can to ensure arts and artists survive this crisis. The Wicked Tinkers made quite an impression on Carson City last year bringing our biggest crowd to date, so why not re-live the experience? You may even see yourself in the crowd.”
The St. Patrick’s day show will begin at 7pm PST. If you watch it on the Wicked Tinker’s Facebook page, you get to interact with the band and ask them questions while watching the performance together, yet at a safe distance. After the St. Patrick’s Day show, the
BAC and NGBN will team up again to stream a live show with the wildly popular Latin group, Drinking with Clowns. This live event will take place this Saturday night, March 21 at 7pm PST at the NGBN studio.
