Local PRSA Chapter Announces 2016 Board of Directors
Can you name the vital roles public relations professionals practice within the trade? Beyond the the well-known press release and pitching efforts lie vast strategic communications systems related to emergency response, community relations, political positioning, and reputation management.
The recently-elected 2016 Public Relations Society of America Sierra Nevada Chapter Board of Directors aims to educate the community on the field of public relations, showcasing how any business or organization can benefit from the industry’s best practices.
“The 2016 PRSA Sierra Nevada Board of Directors is comprised of a stellar group of individuals making waves in the public relations field,” said Amanda Horn, president and district delegate for the 2016 board. “This enthusiastic group of dedicated industry professionals has the distinct privilege of leading the chapter through our 30th anniversary year. From hosting a district conference this June to bringing a diverse mix of talent to our monthly professional development lunches, this board will certainly make the three-decade milestone one to remember.
