The median sales price for Carson City, NV homes for sale was $334,450 in June 2019 compared to $315,000 during June 2018 and $282,225 in June of 2017. Which is about an 18.5% increase in 3 years.
The number of Carson City, NV homes that sold was 60 in June 2019 vs. 89 in June 2018 and 120 that sold June of 2017. This is a 50% decrease in the number of sold homes in 3 years.

Plus, the fourth annual Carson City Off-Road kicks off its three-day event with a Capital 15 Fun Ride and Free Clunker Crit Ride. Heading into the evening, “Newsies” will take stage at the Carson City Community Center and you can sit under the stars and watch “The Little Rascals” at 8 p.m. during movie night at John Mankins Park.
Carson City School District could save millions with purchase of former church campus

The school district will have 90 days to do all the surveys and inspections as well as decide what the campus could be, including another elementary school, middle school, fine arts center or GATE program.

There's Flag Day ceremonies at the Nevada Veterans Memorial and at the Elks Lodge. The Stewart Father’s Day Powwow happens Friday to Sunday and features hundreds of American Indian dancers, drummers artists and cultural enthusiasts. Lace up the tennis shoes for the Eastside Historical tour of the capital city hosted by Muscle Powered. Journey of Hope returns to Western Nevada College at 5 p.m. to settle into the evening. Carson City man jailed after victim sets up sting to recover stolen saw found on social media
