Well Being (Massage and Functional Fitness) hosts its second Winter Sport and Activity Conditioning Program this year. All winter sport and activity enthusiasts in the area are invited to participate.
The three week program began Monday, Nov. 26, 2018. Training days and times include the following:
— Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
— Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m.

Join us at Well Being (Massage and Functional Fitness) and prepare your body for success. Our Winter Conditioning Program starts on October 29. Two separate 3 week programs are offered w/a one week break (Thanksgiving) between the two.
We focus on strength, dynamic balance and stability, and muscular endurance (yes, that means cardio!) as they relate to winter sports and activities like snow-mobile excursions, snow shoeing, skiing and snowboarding, and all the Nordic and back country activities on your list.

Talk of a “Monster El Niño” has everyone stoked for winter. Thoughts of checking and tuning the gear begin to creep into our minds. Before each snow season there is one question we often forget to ask ourselves…are we physically ready?
