Sierra Lutheran High School, FCA deliver Christmas 'Trees for the Troops'

Evacuations lifted in Slink Fire south of Topaz, US 395 re-opens, Marine Corps assists

All evacuations in the towns of Walker and Coleville have been lifted and Highway 395 is now open to traffic, according to the U.S. Forest Service.

Bob was born on August 10, 1931 in South Bend, Indiana as the youngest of nine children, Bob was 88 years old.

Evacuations have expanded from the Bootleg, Chris Flat and Sonora Bridge Campgrounds to now include the Leavitt Meadows Pack Station and Campground, the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center.
