A Carson City man was taken into custody at 5 p.m. Friday at the Carson City Sheriff's Office for multiple felony offenses, a Sheriff's deputy said, including child abuse and domestic battery with strangulation.

A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Tuesday morning and faces felony burglary and other charges after a homeowner caught the suspect breaking into his vehicle, holding him at gunpoint until sheriff’s deputies arrived.
