Carson City Sheriff's Office: 2 juvenile runaways in custody, adult arrested on drug charges
Two runaways, including a 16-year-old reported Tuesday by the Carson City Sheriff's Office as a runaway, and a male juvenile runaway, were taken into custody Wednesday in the 1700 block of Russell Way.
A 30-year-old adult female at the Russell Way residence was arrested on misdemeanor suspicion of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine pipes and marijuana pipes) and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, a Carson City sheriff's detective said. Also arrested was a 21-year-old male on two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear, violation of a suspended sentence and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine pipe.)
The investigation was also conducted by Carson City Juvenile Probation officers. The juveniles were found at around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The Carson City Sheriff's Office is still looking for three runaways. They are:
— Hanna Dillard, age 14, 5’04” 115 pounds. Blonde hair, Blue eyes. Last seen in Carson City 09/02/2016
— Hailey Hamby age, 15, 5’02” 120 brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen in Carson City 09/02/2016
— Lindsey Hamby, age, 16, 5’02” 120 brown hair, blue eyes, last seen in Carson City 09/02/2016

Editor's Note: Carson Now was provided a news release Wednesday from the sheriff's office with the names of the adults who were arrested on charges.
