Carson City emergency crews called to brush fire near Brown and Gordon streets

Carson City Fire Department was called Tuesday night to a brush fire in the area of Brown and Gordon streets that was threatening structures.
The call came into dispatch just after 5 p.m. regarding a brush fire that was threatening storage units in the area, according to Carson City dispatch. First responders reported a 100 foot by 100 foot fire that threatened structures before it was knocked down by arriving firefighters.
Two juveniles were reportedly seen near the fire.
