Caroline’s sweet first-half leads to 16-point waltz for Pack
Jordan Caroline is a force to be reckoned with.
The seventh-ranked Nevada Wolf pack opened their season against a strong BYU team at a roaring Lawlor Events Center on election night. When all the votes were tallied, the home team prevailed 86-70 thanks in part to Jordan Caroline’s first-half effort.
Caleb Martin picked up his second foul 3:15 into the game, and brother Cody did likewise shortly thereafter. With both stars on the bench, having contributed zero points, coach Eric Musselman spent the rest of the half rotating players around Caroline in at least five different lineups.
