Political pundit Jon Ralston shares views next week at Carson City Chamber luncheon
The nationally recognized and award-winning political pundit, columnist, and author Jon Ralston will be presenting his views of the national and state political climate at the Carson City Chamber Soup’s On! luncheon scheduled at the Gold Dust West on Thursday, Sept. 24 beginning at 11:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend. Cost is $16 and includes lunch if booked prior to September 22.
Ralston has covered Nevada politics for more than 25 years and wrote the controversial “The Anointed One,” revealing how Nevada’s governors are chosen — or anointed. He hosts the popular Ralston Live on PBS, Channel 5, Reno Monday-Friday at 5:30 p.m. In addition to the live TV show, Ralston writes columns for various newspapers and magazines and has his own email newsletter. He regularly appears nationally on MSNBC, FOX and PBS.
His wit and humor — and more importantly — his knowledge of all things political will make this luncheon engaging, especially in this already heated presidential race and the aftermath of what was a very interesting Nevada legislative session. Mr. Ralston will respond to questions from the audience.
RSVP may be made online at www.carsoncitychamber.com or by calling 882-1565.
