The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is hosting its 19th Annual Motor Officer Training Challenge this Thursday through Saturday at Mills Park.
The three-day event brings together officers and civilian riders from the region and state to participate in mandatory and valuable training in a competitive environment. The competition allows officers to showcase their riding skills; spectators will have the opportunity to meet and greet officers.
The event begins Thursday, Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 9, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday, Sept. 10, 8 a.m. to to 3 p.m.
The goal is to have a safe and fun event for all riders, their families, and the spectators there to watch. Join us to share a day of food, fun, and friendship. Admission is free.
