Carson City Pedal Library provides books during summer school
Carson City Library’s Pedal Library will be busy delivering books to students attending summer school. Now through the end of June, the teardrop trailer pulled behind a bike will provide up to 60 pounds of books available at each school within the Carson City School District. The mobile library will also offer mobile wifi and charging station soon.
Summer school students will be able to receive either a book discount voucher from Browser Corner Book Store or a free book. Free books at the Pedal Library are made available through the Friends of the Carson City Library and Dog Eared Books.
On Thursday morning, the Pedal Library stopped by Fritsch Elementary.
