The June 11 primary is important for a number of reasons, most importantly that if a candidate wins a large percentage of the vote, they will automatically win their seat in local elections.
In person early voting ran from Saturday May 25 through June 7.
Elections Tuesday will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; as long as voters are in line by 7 p.m., they will be allowed to vote.

In addition, mail ballots are accepted at the Clerk-Recorder’s Office located at 885 E. Musser St. inside the Carson City Courthouse Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
