Carson City resident dies from COVID-19 Friday, vaccine clinic for Fernley held June 9
We are reporting an additional death due to COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region. The individual was a Carson City resident. We are also reporting 13 new cases and 15 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region. This brings the total number of cases to 12,885, with 12,442 recoveries and 228 deaths; 215 cases remain active.

A vaccine clinic will be held at Fernley High School June 9 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Fernley High School is located at 1300 US-95 Alt. The vaccine will be Pfizer, approved for ages 12 and older.
