Nevada is abnormally green now, that could be bad later
Instagram isn’t having a filter malfunction. Nevada’s valleys and hillsides really are carpeted in lush, green vegetation.
Science, in the form of satellite data, is showing us that the country’s driest state is much greener than normal thanks to El Nino-fueled storms that dumped rain and snow across the Sierra Nevada and Great Basin all winter.
