Carson City Jail inmate made dozens of calls to person the court ordered him not to contact
A 26-year-old inmate at Carson City Jail was booked Tuesday for two misdemeanor offenses after allegedly violating a court order to not have contact with a victim.
The man used a telephone and called and contacted the alleged victim involved in a separate matter 37 times and made 70 attempts from March 17 to March 22 while incarcerated, the arrest report states.
On March 18 at 1:15 p.m., while on call with the victim, he said "I'm breaking the rules talking to you so you need to go in and get them to drop it," the arrest report states.
Then at 4:34 p.m. the same day he called the alleged victim again using a different phone. This phone number is called 13 times with one contact, the report states. All calls are monitored through ICS Enforcer.
In the original case the man was informed via the court to have no contact with the alleged victim. Then on March 22 he was again informed in court that he was to have no contact with the alleged victim, the report states. Bail: $2,000.

— A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued out of Walker River Justice Court. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday for misdemeanor violation of Department of Alternative Sentencing conditions after admitting to drinking alcohol. He provided a preliminary breath test of .225. Bail: $3,000 cash.
