Carson City Sheriff's Office: Multiple drug arrests lead to search warrant of local motel
Carson City Special Enforcement Team conducted an investigation on Saturday, March 9 that resulted in multiple drug related arrests at the Days Inn in Carson City.
Detectives noticed behavior at the Days Inn in Carson City consistent with narcotic sales happening. Detectives conducted a traffic enforcement stop and utilized their Police K9. The traffic stop yielded an arrest of the driver, Natalie Munoz, for possession of a controlled substance for sales. Munoz had over 2 ounces of methamphetamine inside her vehicle.
Detectives also contacted and arrested Angel Gonzales from the Days Inn for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The traffic enforcement stop and pedestrian stop resulted in detectives conducting a search warrant of two rooms at the Days Inn.
The search warrant yielded 3 additional arrests of Paul Randall, Devin Keller, and Jeffery Locklin. Paul Randall was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and parole violation.
Devin Keller was arrested for a Washoe County warrant, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jeffery Locklin was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All the above subjects were booked into the Carson City Jail.
