Carson City sheriff's arrest log: Suspect in December home burglary jailed
A Carson City woman wanted by investigators for her alleged role in a December 2015 burglary of a northeast Carson City home, was booked into jail Monday on felony burglary charges after being arrested in Washoe County, a Carson City sheriff's deputy said.
Kayla Marie Robbins, 23, was booked into jail on three felony warrants for burglary, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and grand larceny. She was brought to Carson City by Washoe County Jail deputies. Here bail was set at $20,000.
In January, Keith DeWayne Gearhart was arrested in Reno and brought to Carson City jail where he was charged with burglary. In addition he had a felony fugitive from justice warrant out of Santa Rosa, Calif. and a misdemeanor failure to appear traffic warrant out of Reno Township Court.
Robbins and Gearhart were the two suspects identified in the Dec. 11 Ridgefield Drive burglary. The two are suspected of taking a large amount of jewelry, sports memorabilia and electronics from the home.
In other arrests: A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, 12:35 a.m. on two felony warrants for non sufficient funds, bad checks, out of Laughlin Township Court, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
Timothy Steven Logsdon was taken into custody in the 500 block of North Carson Street. The warrants were issued Jan. 14, 2016. Bail: $40,000.
— A 28-year-old Carson City woman, Samathan Sheree Slater, was booked into jail Tuesday, 12:10 a.m. on a felony drug court warrant.
— A 60-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Monday, 12:51 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant, violation of a suspended sentence, issued Feb. 10, 2016 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
