For all paid conference attendees, the performance is included. The public may purchase seats for $25, proceeds benefit NLA Scholarship Fund. Public Tickets www.nevadalibraries.org.
Margo Cilker’s sophomore album, Valley of Heart’s Delight, refers to a place she can’t return: California’s Santa Clara Valley, as it was known before the orchards were paved over and became more famous for Silicon than apricots.
Cilker’s festival appearances include Pickathon, Treefort, and End of The Road, and tours have supported American Aquarium, Hayes Carll, Drive-By Truckers, Joshua Ray Walker, and the Nevada Library Association.
For this performance Cilker is joined by An American Forrest, the words and music of Forrest Van Tuyl.
