Join us for the 4th Annual Silver State Art Festival and meet the 40-plus award-winning artists who will be displaying their stunning art: paintings, photography, gourds, woodcraft, and much more. Plus, three days of beginner and expert classes.

The Sept. 10-12 Silver State Art Festival, sponsored by the Nevada Gourd Society, is a collaborative gathering of several of the natural fine artistry entities in and around the state of Nevada. Other sponsors include the Carson City Tourism Authority and Nevada State Bank.

The festival is comprised of gourd art and basketry art as well as other fine art and fine craft media. Vendors in attendance will be displaying and selling artwork and art supplies. In addition, there will be classes for those interested in a hands-on learning experience. Our goal is to have a fun and educational festival for all who want to know more about the beautiful world of the natural arts.

The indoor festival will be held at the Fuji Exhibit Hall in beautiful Carson City, Nev. Go here to view the address and a map of this location.

Free admission and a Make 'n Take booth for the kids. Plus a large raffle to benefit Meals on Wheels in Carson City. Go here for our current list of raffle donors and items they have donated.

People will be “out & about” the weekend of September 10-12, 2021 and our festival adds to the fun of being in Carson City and offers a great opportunity for our community to enjoy wonderful art and to do a little pre-holiday shopping. Another way to phrase it — we want folks to experience "Art in the Valley."

Presented by the Nevada Gourd Society. Go here for the website, and here for class information and photo gallery. Follow on Facebook here.
