Cardio Step Routine
My name is Colleen Bannister and I am a personal trainer here in Carson City and the owner of 6Weekworkout studio. Today's tip is a simple routine that can be done anywhere and can be adjusted for anyone by either increasing or decreasing the pace.
I think during the summer months it's important to keep routines simple, quick, and without the need for equipment since we are on the go and may even want to be outside more.
This is also the time of year that keeping workouts short and getting out to do things with family and friends like bike, hike and swim should take precedence over so much structure.
