Carson Fly Fishing Club's Monthly Meeting is Tuesday, August 8, 7 p.m. in the Ormsby Room of the Carson City Sheriff's Office, 911 East Musser Street.

Reno Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Show

At Camp GOTR, girls will participate in a week-long, half-day camp with lessons about friendship, kindness and creativity. The camp is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and there is a sliding scale cost.

Sheriff’s Night Out returns Tuesday for 20th year in Carson City

The event, this Tuesday, August 1, is a way for the community to interact not only with its sheriff’s department, but firefighters, paramedics, park rangers, the National Guard, and many more organizations who come together to provide a free, family-fun event to the community.
