Sharing his music has always been an objective for classic guitarist George Sakellariou. During a rare Northern Nevada appearance last year, Sakellariou presented a variety of new and old pieces, leading to an April 2 return engagement presented by Western Nevada College’s Wildcat Productions at the Brewery Arts Center.

Hello fellow anglers, spring has sprang in our local area. With our temperatures this weekend to reach into the 70 degree range, we are all getting the fishing bug. Renee and I set out on another fishing adventure through Alpine County last weekend. This report will reflect on our adventures.

SILVER LAKE:
The lake is completely thawed out, and many anglers have been fishing along the shore. The Kit Carson Resort is scheduled to open mid April this year. Anglers have been using Kastmaster lures and power bait. A few fish were caught in the 8 to 13 inch range.

Raymond Williams bought two life insurance policies in 1999. He originally named three persons as beneficiaries to both policies, but he noted in the policy that he was planning on changing the beneficiary of each policy to a trust and those three beneficiaries would be named as beneficiaries of the Trust.

He did change the beneficiaries for each policy to his trust later in 1999. He explicitly revoked “any previous beneficiary designation” but he failed to name a contingent beneficiary. In 2001 he got married and was married until his death in 2011.
