Tiffani Barber was diagnosed with Stage Four Glioblastoma brain cancer on Dec. 8, 2012. For those who did not know Tiffani, all she ever wanted to do was help people. It came as no surprise to the people closest to her, when the social worker that was assigned to her case went to Tiffani's hospital room and asked if she needed anything.

Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey Counties is currently recruiting for part time and full time AmeriCorps members to serve up to 12-month terms teaching financial literacy to children, teens and adults.
