November unemployment in Carson City flat, Reno and Vegas regain jobs

Carson City employment figures for November remained unchanged since October 2020 with the trade, transportation, and utilities sector growing the most by 100 jobs, according to a Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation monthly employment report.

Nevada adds jobs back in November; unemployment rate continues to improve

CARSON CITY — Employment in Nevada increased over the month by 9,200 jobs as the State continues to recover. Jobs remain below typical levels; Nevada has 109,500 fewer jobs than in November 2019, for an annual job growth rate of -7.7 percent according to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s November 2020 economic report.
