Carson City Justice, Municipal Court temporarily suspends all eviction proceedings

Steve Sisolak’s declaration of a state of emergency, closure of all non-essential services statewide, and request for all Nevadans to stay home to implement social distancing, the Carson City Justice, Municipal Court has suspended all eviction proceedings until further order of the court.

Meet at Fremont Elementary School, 1511 Firebox Rd, Carson City. in the south parking lot, next to the Linear Ditch Trail.
Ride will normally consist of two loops which are 10-15 miles long each. The ride pace will vary depending on rider level, but will usually be about a 12-16 mph pace.

This could create an unexpected problem: a reduction in the amount of charitable giving by holiday shoppers. If realized, this deficit could hinder the country’s largest social service provider’s ability to provide critical services to people in need in 2020. The vast majority of giving to The Salvation Army’s iconic Red Kettles happens after Thanksgiving.
