The Expo will be held on Saturday, March 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Western Nevada.
The Early Childhood Expo is an annual event that provides Carson City with information on early childhood resources, including programs, child care, health care, and more.
Last year we had over 300 participants!

One of the most notable celebrations is that in Times Square in Manhattan. This has been an annual event in New York since 1907.
Nearly every television station will broadcast the “ball drop” in Times Square: A large, lighted crystal ball sliding down a 77-foot pole over the course of the last minute of the year. When the ball reaches the bottom, it is the New Year.

“I cannot believe the number of donations we received this year – so much more than we could anticipate," said Gwen Pradere, found of Friends to All, Inc.

I made the decision to put all of the parade related events into a separate list for a few reasons: one, this list would be way too long otherwise; two, Halloween fun is plentiful all weekend long; and three, I want my list to be as easy to read as possible. A lot of towns have local celebrities; most everyone has seen Glen Lucky on the side of the road, pushing his bike to take him further. Today, the Nevada State Museum invites everyone to help Lucky celebrate his 65th birthday, complete with cake and a huge group photo.
Carson City Kiwanis hosts Saturday of golf, running and lifting for pancreatic cancer awareness

While it was a personal accomplishment for the runner, it was also a victory for her mother, who died from pancreatic cancer in 2014.

The annual event provides gently used clothing free of charge.
The event focuses on school-aged children K thru 12. We invite families to pick up free clothing for all age groups to prepare for school on Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The church is located at 411 N. Saliman Road, Carson City, Nevada, just south of Carson High School.
