This women's self-defense course focused on risk awareness, risk reduction and personal safety. It will teach you alertness, avoidance, space management, and a system of resisting possible assaults using simple-to-learn, gross-body movements that take advantage of natural instincts.

Mooshy is an incredibly mellow and sweet little long-haired boy who only wants to love and be loved. If you start petting him, he will turn into a bowl of mush. He flops over on his back so you can love him all over and hopefully, never stop. Mooshy would like nothing more than to have a forever home with a forever friend or family.
