The multi talented singer/songwriter/poet/actor and playwright will perform Lakota on Thursday, October 27th at 7:30pm in the Performance Hall. Lakota is part of Bridger’s Ballad of the West Trilogy. Using Homeric verse and song, Bridger takes us to another time to tell the stories of the Mountain Men, William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody, and the Lakota Sioux people.
Carson Station celebrates grand re-opening with wing cookoff

There were four types of beer on tap (at a dollar apiece it was easily the best deal in town) and all of them were ice cold. For another dollar, one could buy a "walking taco": a small bag of Doritos, crushed and covered with meat, cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and salsa, eaten right out of the bag.

Moview Review: 'X Men: First Class' a hot and heavy fantasy film

That said, 'X Man: First Class," now screening at the Fandango Galaxy multiplex in Carson City, is a film of its times, a melange of fast cuts, amazing technology which reveals its comic-book birthright with fantasy and some fact.

KARSON KRUZERS YARD SALE

Rayna, 21, was killed in an auto accident Friday, March 18th, on Hwy 50 East. When Rayna died her family was still trying to cope with the death of her Grandfather, W. Ray King, who was killed just eight weeks prior in a freak accident in Redding, CA.
