Heading into the weekend, there’s a bevy of activities over the next three days. Restaurants in Carson City will host Valentine’s Day specials on Friday. The Carson City Celtic Music series will be at the Brewery Arts Center on Saturday featuring Fortunate Strangers. Combined with live music and comedy at the Carson Nugget, the Carson City region is in store for a busy three days. Read on for more information.

This year's Lincoln Day Dinner is going to reflect the energy and excitement of the 2020 presidential campaign and the Carson City Republican Committee has planned a special evening for all.

United States Representative Mark Amodei will be our Master of Ceremonies; we will also be hearing from Adam Laxalt and Nevada Republican Party Chair Michael McDonald. You will have an opportunity to meet some of our Republican politicians from Nevada like Senator James Settlemeyer, Nevada's Minority Leader, and Nevada Assemblyman Al Kramer.

On Saturday, February 16, 2019 the Carson City Republican Party held its annual Lincoln Day Dinner and Fundraiser at the Casino Fandango Grand Ballroom.

Bepsy Strasburg, Chairman of the Lincoln Day Committee, made sure that guests enjoyed a memorable evening with great food, entertainment and silent auction to celebrate the party of Lincoln.

For those weary from all the snow around Carson City so far this month, about the only good news to share is that your weekend is here and there's plenty to do indoors if winter recreation isn't your thing.

From workshops to live music, a skate demo at The WheelHouse and even a special "Caturday Night Out" at the Carson Nugget to help homeless felines in the area, there are places to go around Carson City where you can keep warm, stay dry and have fun!

This year's Lincoln Day Dinner and Fundraiser for the Carson City Republican Party is a Winter Luau theme. Costumes are optional but come and enjoy the fun atmosphere. The Lyon County Republican Central Committee (LCRCC) is holding its annual Lincoln Day Dinner on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Pioneer Crossing Casino, 11 North Main Street, Yerington. No host cocktails will begin at 5:30p.m. and a buffet dinner will be served at 6:30p.m. There will be a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction, a live auction and a gun raffle. The Lyon County Republicans will hold their annual Lincoln Day Dinner on February 7, 2015 at The Boys & Girls Club, 124 North Main Street in Yerington.
