It is important to implement an appropriate exercise program that is safe and conducive to an individual’s health. Often, individuals try to do too much causing serious injuries when exercising. REMSA would like to remind people of the importance of safety when taking part in a workout routine.

As Carson City residents prepare to welcome 2016, there is something to be said about the annual tradition of making New Year’s resolutions.

Everywhere you turn you are inundated with food ads. All your extra time is spent in the kitchen cooking or in the grocery store buying more food. Most people over-buy on Thanksgiving and over-eat.
