Throughout the month, Carson Tahoe Health will be hosting a variety of FREE classes and events to raise awareness and offer support. All classes and events will be located at the Health & Wellness Institute (1470 Medical Pkwy, Suite 250).

Children not taking part in an organized school event are encouraged to involve their family in safely walking or bicycling to school on Wednesday, Oct. 10 and other days.
