Foundation Schedules Meeting About Support for Dog Parks on Sept. 14

The meeting will be on Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Bonanza Room at the Carson City Community Center, 851 E. William Street, Carson City.
Local Artists Stevenson and Foster Display The Power of Light

Offering a fresh perspective and dazzling light, this exhibit showcases popular scenes such as Death Valley, Emerald Bay, and Pyramid Lake. The public is invited to attend a free reception with refreshments from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 14 at the NAA Gallery, 449 W. King Street, Carson City. The gallery is open Tuesday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and during wine walk.

We pointed out that government, plus the social, economic and political Establishment, was the enforcer of slavery and Jim Crow. And that the reforms overshot their mark, leading to pernicious reverse discrimination that now travels under the euphemism of diversity.

Dunn had a great college career, winning a national championship with the Seminoles in 1993. He followed his college success with a very good twelve-year career in the NFL. He made the Pro Bowl three times, although his successes were overshadowed by the likes of Shaun Alexander, Adrian Peterson, and Corey Dillon.

Carson City Parks and Rec foundation donates $6,210 for rifle range restroom installation

The Foundation recently donated $6,210 towards this needed project which will be used as a cash match for a Nevada Department of Wildlife Hunter Education/Shooting Range Program Grant.

Eagle Valley Middle School takes up collection for needy through Faith, Hope, Love
