We are looking for things like dolls, crayons/coloring books, games, toy cars, puzzles, etc. Little things make such a big difference to children whose families don't have much.

Living the Good Life will host a fundraiser Thursday night featuring live music, food and fun, to raise money for the Francone-Smithwick family, who were involved in a fatal accident late July.
Fundraisers continue for Carson City children injured in crash; Wednesday at Firehouse Subs

A fundraiser will be held Wednesday at Firehouse Subs in Carson City, and so far, nearly $23,000 has been raised overall for the family of Anthony Francone and Kristyn Smithwick of Carson City, whose children were injured in a fatal July 29 Oregon crash that took the life of the children's stepsister, 17-year-old Gabbi Smithwick.
Ronald McDonald Mobile unit to provide dental care for Carson City children this month

Nevada Health Centers will offer oral healthcare to children in northern Nevada through the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile unit, Oct. 28-29 in the parking lot of McDonald's, 3905 South Carson Street.

Get an early start on Easter egg hunting Friday when Skyline Estates Senior Living hosts its Easter egg hunt for all ages at 2 p.m. Organizers invite children, parents, and grandchildren to attend. Skyline Estates Senior Living is located at 2861 Mountain St., in Carson City.
Third Annual Easter Egg-stravaganza

April 19, 2014 - 10:00am The third annual Egg-stravaganza takes place Saturday, April 19 at 10 a.m. at Mark Twain Elementary School in Carson City.
This 16,000+ candy-filled egg hunt is a FREE event for Carson City children. Aged zones are set up for toddlers through 11 years old, with a separate zone for special needs children. Even the Easter Bunny will be there for pictures and to celebrate with the kiddos.
