On the docket for today is a Celtic Music concert, a Ducks Unlimited Banquet, the April Carson City Wine Walk, farming workshops, kitten parties, and more.

As matters at the legislature continue, we are winding up for another weekend full of activities, including the downtown wine walk and a bevy of shows at the Brewery Arts Center. located at 395 "F" street in Virginia City, NV.
Popular books for sale will be her "Historic-Paranormal" volumes and the "WEIRD" series co-authored with Special Works Historian, Arline La Ferry.
Saturday, May 25th from 10:00 - 5:00 and Sunday, May 26th from 10:00 - 3:00.
State and Carson City School District partner to bring backpacks, supplies to homeless kids
Submitted by Kelsey Penrose on Tue, 03/19/2019 - 2:16pmA collaborative effort Tuesday partnered the Carson City School District and the Nevada Department of Education to divided and pack more than 600 backpacks and books for the education of homeless children and youth across Nevada.
The backpacks were filled with school supplies and hygiene items, 3-ring binders and an assortment of books.
